Craving Change

A man is mostly hidden behind a white countertop. We can see him from the bridge of his nose up. He is looking sideways at a hamburger on a plate.

Find out why you eat the way you do (and what to do about it).

Ever feel full but find you keep eating anyway? Do you find yourself craving certain foods at specific times or in response to specific emotions? Or have you found you have trouble making healthy choices, even though you know what to eat?

Changing your eating habits can come down to changing your thinking habits — and we can help.

Our free Craving Change workshop can help you understand why you eat the way you do and discover the situations, thoughts and emotions that affect your food choices.

This is not about diet, nutrition nor the foods to eat for specific health conditions, but a series of four, two-hour sessions run by health professionals to give you tools to change your eating behaviour.

What you’ll learn

Over the course of the workshop, you will learn how your eating decisions are influenced by your surroundings, your body and what you learned as you were growing up. We will help you:

  •  become more aware of your personal eating triggers
  • break your habits, using practical techniques, such as how to nurture yourself without food
  • build a better relationship with food
