Is anxiety keeping you from doing the things you love or even everyday activities? Do you feel it’s holding you back from living your best life? Are you looking for tools to help you manage anxiety?

Anxiety can feel isolating, but you’re not alone. Anxiety to Calm is a designed to empower those dealing with anxiety, offering new strategies and evidence-based skills for managing it going forward.

Run by mental health professionals who offer feedback and coaching over the course of the workshop, it also gives you the chance to connect with others going through similar experiences.

Offered online and in person, the free workshop runs for four weeks, for two hours each time.

What you’ll learn

Over the course of the four-week workshop, you will practice skills to help manage anxiety, with a focus on finding calm, challenging your unhelpful thoughts and improving your lifestyle. The workshop also covers:

  • ways to soothe your anxiety and regulate your body
  • how to develop key lifestyle changes that impact your nervous system, anxiety levels and quality of life
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts and how to use them in your day-to-day life
